After putting the brakes on the proposal, West Kelowna council wants to revisit the idea of more interchanges on Highway 97 in West Kelowna. Council says the city is in need of two interchanges to help deal with the growing traffic problems on the highway where bumper to bumper traffic has become the norm. As Kelly Hayes reports, local residents, affected by the increase in traffic say the bypasses can’t come soon enough.
