Overcrowding and bad hygiene conditions prompting health concerns at Mexico’s migrant caravan

With worsening hygiene conditions and overcrowding at the migrant camp in Mexico where Central Americans are camping after being turned away at the U.S. border, there are health concerns being raised with officials saying they’re trying to prevent disease from occurring.
