An Abbotsford mother has had to return to BC from Ghana, without her 2-year-old adopted son, due to her deteriorating health. It comes after spending 4 months stuck in the African country, awaiting her toddler’s immigration paperwork which is being delayed due to Canadian red tape. Jamie Mauracher has the update.
