Sat, Nov 24: It was a story that generated outraged across the province: two containers of cats found on the side of a highway in central Alberta. But now, the man who said he found them is saying he made the story up because he couldn’t find a shelter that would take in the animals. Carolyn Kury de Castillo reports.
