Finance Minister Bill Morneau announced Saturday an investment of $450,000 to improve safety for Canada’s LGBTQ community, with Pride Toronto receiving the funds to help in a new initiative to address the institutional and systemic barriers which lead to negative outcomes for LGBTQ2.
