Local activist, Rosemary Ganley, receives YMCA Peace Medal

She’s a journalist, activist, feminist, humanitarian, and co-founder of the charitable organization, Jamaican Self-Help. Now, Rosemary Ganley can also add “recipient of the YMCA Peace Medal” to her list of accomplishments. Ganley received her medal this morning, but dropped by the Global Peterborough studio a few minutes before to talk about the honour.
