B.C. premier announces long-term plan for clean energy vehicles

B.C. Premier John Horgan gives details on the long-term plan for clean energy vehicles. The province wants to phase in new targets for the sales of zero emission vehicles ending with 100 percent of zero emission sales by 2040.
