Victim of Chicago hospital shooting was a ‘fascinating, hardworking person’ says colleague

Dr. Patrick Connor at Chicago’s Mercy Hospital described his colleague Dr. Tamara O’Neal as a “fascinating, hardworking person.” O’Neal was one of the four people killed Monday during a shooting at the hospital.
