Surrey City council voting to make hospital parking free

Some much needed relief may be coming to those who visit Surrey’s hospitals. Surrey city council is meeting Monday night to vote on a motion that would see parking free around hospitals. And as John Hua reports, they are pushing Fraser Health to take it one step further.
