Trudeau mum on what he’ll do to protect LGBTQ2+ provision in USMCA

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau was silent on what he would do to protect the LGBTQ2+ provision in the USMCA when asked his thoughts on more than 40 Republican lawmakers calling on President Donald Trump to scrap the language in the trade deal supporting anti-discrimination policies, only saying there will always be people who like or dislike certain aspects in a trade deal.
