Toronto could step in following rent request from management after Parliament Street fire: Tory

Toronto Mayor John Tory said Monday that the city could take action if the landlord of a high-rise at 650 Parliament Street “take their responsibility seriously,” after tenants received a letter requesting their November rent payment.
