Otonabee Region Conservation Authority lifts Level 1 low water condition in Peterborough

After more than 3 months, the Level 1 low water Condition has been lifted by ORCA. ORCA CAO Dan Marinigh joined The Morning Show on CHEX Monday. He says the lifting of a Level 1 low water condition means levels are back to a “normal” range of holding a receiving water. But is it normal for this advisory to be lifted so late in the year?
