Georgia democratic gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams spoke with Jake Tapper on State Of The Union Sunday after acknowledging her defeat to Republican Brian Kemp. Abrams told Tapper that she believed there was deliberate disenfranchisement for years in the state and that it “reached its pinnacle in this year’s midterm election.”
