Davidetta Carter, a 23-year-old student from Monrovia, Liberia, alleges B.C. college owner Sunanda Kikla took a $300 US application fee from her and 10 other students. She says Kikla refused to return her money and wants Canada to investigate. Kikla has claimed students were informed application fees were non-refundable.
