Parents express frustration over schools staying open during first snowstorm

Parents are questioning why schools within the Halifax Regional Municipality remained open during the first significant snow storm of the season. It’s a decision the Halifax Regional Centre for Education says isn’t made lightly and that parents can take into their own hands if felt necessary.
