Secretary of Defense Jim Mattis spoke briefly on his flight to McAllen, Texas on Wednesday His main focus was on the border. After his arrival at Base Camp Donna, Mattis met with with DHS Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen and her staff and was briefed.
