A Peterborough man who spent time on the streets is now giving back and advocating for the city’s homeless.
Dan Hennessey is doing everything he can to help those struggling in our community and he’s now pushing to open a 24-hour safe shelter space to honour the late Carol Winter, the woman he credits with helping to turn his life around.
