Permanent residents demand right to vote in B.C.

Thousands of British Columbians went to the polls last month to elect new mayors and city councils, but thousands more weren’t able to participate in the process. As Nadia Stewart reports, permanent residents are calling for changes to the law to allow them to be a part of Canada’s democracy.
