B.C. launches $10-a-day childcare pilot project

The B.C. government launched 53 prototype projects around the province on Friday that will provide child care to families at a maximum cost of $200 per-month per-child. The program is being funded with $60 million in funding from the Early Learning and Child Care Agreement with the federal government.
