Tory creating new Transit Tsar to oversee expansion projects

In order to keep transit projects on track and to get them done as quickly as possible, Mayor John Tory is creating a new office.
The Transit Expansion Office will be run by a an executive position which Tory says will be tasked with herding all the players to keep them on task. But City Councillors, and transit advocates and experts are highly skeptical of the plan.
