Haley says North Korea postponed meeting with Pompeo because ‘they weren’t ready’

U.S. Ambassador to the U.N. Nikki Haley said Thursday that the meeting with North Korea and Secretary of State Mike Pompeo was postponed because “they weren’t ready,” but said she expects the talks will be rescheduled.
