According to Alberta Transportation, between 2012 and 2016, 341 people were killed as a result of not wearing their seatbelt. Make sure that you and anyone in your vehicle have their seatbelt secured before heading out on the road. The Alberta RCMP will share on Twitter and Facebook #TrafficSafety tips to avoid behaviours that increase the risk of collisions.
