New Brunswick PCs grappling with future of fracking moratorium

Wed, Nov 7: New Brunswick’s incoming PC government is dealing with a highly divisive issue before it has even been sworn into office. A Sussex-area MLA and former natural resources minister is hoping to life the moratorium on fracking in his riding within the next few months. As Andrew Cromwell reports, it may be one of the first big tests for the Blaine Higgs minority government.
