Peterborough County could be getting a new building.
Consultant ThinkingStrategy: New Paradigms Inc is recommending building a new home for county administration and selling the existing courthouse building (connected to the Superior Court building) to the province.
The cost of the new building would be between $9 million to $10 million. On Wednesday county council received the report for information.
The county says it’s extremely early in the process and that it’s waiting on the province before making its next move.
