Wet weather didn’t stop hundreds of racers lacing up for the annual James Cunningham seawall race. The event — now in it’s 48th year — kicked off at second beach earlier this morning. The race is actually a 9.5 k — rather than a 10k — as that is the actual distance of the seawall.
