Repentigny boy rolls into school in epic Halloween costume

Grade 5 student Émile Laliberté rolled into his school in an elaborate dragon costume that fits around his wheelchair. It was designed by a Montreal collective, who’s new initiative “Rolloween” aims to make the holiday more inclusive. Global’s Billy Shields reports.
