B.C. premier and Liberal leader to debate electoral reform

B.C. premier John Horgan and Liberal leader Andrew Wilkinson are set to debate the options for electoral reform on Nov. 8 and there’s a lot to discuss before British Columbians decide whether to keep the current First Past the Post voting system or switch to proportional representation.
