A contentious meeting took place Monday night at the Lethbridge Public Library. It centred around restrictions and bans for off-highway vehicles. In May, the provincial government released long-term plans for the Livingstone-Porcupine Hills area and soon it will only allow OHVs on designated trails. Malika Karim reports.
