Two suspects have been charged with second-degree murder in connection with the death of 44-year-old Dwayne McMillan at an illegal dispensary at Keele Street and Canarctic drive area south of Steeles avenue west on Oct. 2. McMillan’s mother made an urgent plea Tuesday morning to bring two more suspects to justice. Catherine McDonald has more.
