Modern technology ‘helped immensely’ in Allan Mann parental abduction

Fugitive squad detective Wayne Banks said Monday that modern technology “helped immensely” in helping catch Allan Mann Jr. Mann Jr. abducted his son Jermaine in 1987. Mann Jr. was arrested on Friday in Connecticut, where the two had been living under aliases in a quiet suburb near Hartford.
