No pain, no gain on the Turcot Interchange

Fri, Oct 26: Transports Québec and the engineering firm responsible for building the new Turcot Interchange gave reporters a sneak peak of the construction to date. So far, two-thirds of the construction is completed but there is still major work to be done. As Global’s Tim Sargeant reports, officials warn there are more road closures ahead — but the project is on target to finish on time and on budget.
