U.S. national security adviser John Bolton on Tuesday laid flowers at a site of murdered Russian opposition leader Boris Nemtsov not far from the Kremlin wall. Nemtsov, one of President Vladimir Putin’s most vocal critics, was shot dead in 2015 while working on a report examining Russia’s role in the conflict in Ukraine.
