Ontario Municipal election: Giorgio Mammoliti says third candidate in his riding is why he lost

Outspoken Toronto city councillor Giorgio Mammoliti told Global’s Mark Carcasole Monday night that in his opinion, the only reason he was not re-elected in Ward 7 (Humber River-Black Creek) is because of the addition of a third candidate to the election, a result of Doug Ford’s plan to reduce the size of Toronto city council which he had previously supported.
