Outspoken Toronto city councillor Giorgio Mammoliti told Global’s Mark Carcasole Monday night that in his opinion, the only reason he was not re-elected in Ward 7 (Humber River-Black Creek) is because of the addition of a third candidate to the election, a result of Doug Ford’s plan to reduce the size of Toronto city council which he had previously supported.
