The price of pot could determine if people buy from legal or illegal sources, according to a new Ipsos poll for Global News. Forty per cent of people say they’ll make their decision based on price. So the governments have to make sure they price cannabis properly, or else their plan to keep it off the streets, could go up in smoke. Mike Le Couteur reports.
