Pressure is growing on Saudi Arabia to explain what happened to exiled Saudi dissident and Washington Post contributor Jamal Khashoggi, not seen since he entered the Saudi consulate in Istanbul on Oct. 2. As David Akin reports, the incident may also put more pressure on Canada to stop selling weapons to the Gulf state.
