A proposed wet facility for the homeless has some Kelowna residents up in arms. BC Housing wants to build the apartment complex on vacant land on Agassiz Road near Orchard Plaza. Concerned residents are holding a community town hall tomorrow to make sure their voices are heard. Kelly Hayes reports.
