Kanye West: Black community needs to answer for killings as much as police do

During an extended rant in the Oval Office Thursday to reporters, rapper Kanye West said that while he acknowledges the problem of police violence against black and minority communities in the U.S., in his opinion the black community needs to answer just as much for violence perpetrated on other members of the black community.
