Lawyer for limo operator’s son suggests district attorney brought charges too quickly

Lee Kindlon, the lawyer representing the son of the owner of a limo company involved in a deadly crash in Schoharie County, suggested Wednesday that the district attorney acted too quickly in bringing charges against his client. He even questioned whether she would be “standing on the court house steps” in six months when the case must go to trial.
