Officials say driver of upstate NY crash ‘did not have appropriate license to operate limo’

At a Monday press conference, authorities said that the driver of the deadly limo crash in upstate New York, did not have the appropriate license to operate the limo. They revealed that the limo belonged to Prestige Limousine of Saratoga County.
