Susan Collins says ‘lack of corroborating’ evidence informed vote for Brett Kavanaugh

Sen. Susan Collins said Sunday that her decision to confirm Brett Kavanaugh as a Supreme Court justice came down to a “lack of corroborating evidence,” but said parts of his testimony “went over the line.”
