Homelessness affecting Kelowna neighbourhood

Some Kelowna Lower Mission residents are speaking up against the growing number of homeless in their neighbourhood. Cedar Avenue resident Lily Grinnell says the homeless are setting up tents in her backyard and she fears for her safety.
