Donna Strickland recalls 5 a.m. wake-up call about Nobel prize

University of Waterloo professor Donna Strickland remembered the 5 a.m. phone call that let her know she’d won the Nobel prize with two other researchers, adding that she’d thought something “was wrong” because it came so early in the morning.
