Canada clinches trade deal with U.S. and Mexico, called USMCA

Canada has reached a last-minute trade deal with the U.S. and Mexico to replace NAFTA. It will be called USMCA, the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement. Mercedes Stephenson has details of the new deal.
