Montreal parents worried about quality of teachers

Fri, Sep 21: In Montreal’s west end, some parents are worried their kids’ teachers aren’t making the grade. As Global’s Amanda Jelowicki reports, Roslyn Elementary School in Westmount started the year with several permanent positions unfilled. The school board says it’s a struggle to find qualified staff.
