The Trudeau Liberals promised to increase the number of caseworkers assigned to services for veterans, but documents obtained by Global News shows the government is falling short of its goal. On average, each caseworker has to juggle the files of 33 veterans, meaning our service men and women have to wait longer for health and social services. Mike Le Couteur has a Global News exclusive.
