Battle on reducing the size of Toronto’s city council continues at the court of appeal

The Ontario government is pushing forward on its bid to trim the size of Toronto’s city council. That battle takes place in the court of appeal on Tuesday. The Ford government says it won’t trigger the notwithstanding clause if the province wins. Jamie Mauracher explains.
