Edmonton city council approves 23-storey ‘The View’ tower in Oliver

After a lengthy public hearing that stretched late into Monday evening, city council approved a modified proposal to build a 23-storey condo tower in the Grandin area of downtown Edmonton’s Oliver neighbourhood.
