Rising death toll, floodwater after Florence

Hurricane Florence has killed at least 20 people in the U.S. The North Carolina city of Wilmington was hardest hit, and remains cut off from the rest of the state. Rivers are still rising, and as Ines de La Cuetara reports, crews are rushing to save people before it’s too late.
