NDP critic says it’s ‘immoral’ to leave funding for veterans unspent

Gord Johns, NDP veteran affairs critic, says every dollar earmarked for veterans should be spent. He says its hypocritical for the Liberals to leave funding unspent after criticizing Stephen Harper and the Conservatives for doing the same thing.
